牛蒡沙律

材料:
牛蒡1段(50克)、甘笋1條、蒜片/白芝麻各適量、芝麻油1茶匙、味醂/味噌各2茶匙、水2湯匙

1.牛蒡擦乾淨外皮,與甘笋同削成絲。另將水、芝麻油、味醂和味噌拌勻成調味汁。

2.燒熱油,下蒜片以慢火炒香,加入牛蒡炒一會,加入甘笋絲繼續炒拌。

3.下調味汁將牛蒡等炒透至腍身及水份收好,上碟。加入白芝麻作點綴即可。
